Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are processed within 1 business day. Orders are shipped From Monday to Sunday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship through FedEx.
Zenbin Mart sells its products to everyone and all around the globe without any discrimination. After final confirmation and payment clearance, it mostly takes 0-1 day processing and handling time and then shipping companies can take 3 days to deliver to you. Since we care for our customers, therefore; we also provide you with tracking and shipping details after the dispatching of the product.
FREE SHIPPING:
Zenbin Mart provides FREE SHIPPING in the US. However, in case of urgent delivery or quick delivery, charges are applied. Also, our urgent delivery takes only 2 business days until it arrives at your doorstep.
CONFIRMATION NOTICE:
To make things less confusing and much easier, upon the placement of the order, we send a confirmation email containing the order receipt to our customer. The order receipt includes confirmation, and various details related to your order. If you do not receive a notification with such details upon placing your order, then you can imply that you have failed to register your order due to some technical issues/error. So, in such circumstances, you can easily contact our customer service staff for information regarding your order.

You can learn about the delivery time through the email that you will receive after the confirmation of the product. The email will provide you with the specified time, which is usually 3 days.

To make the delivery appropriate and quick, we rely upon you to provide us with your proper contact number, shipping address, and other relevant details. Due to these details, we will also be able to reach you as fast as we can. For this very reason, you must supply us with your exact permanent residential address for shipping. In such conditions, you will have to place the order again because the product will not be shipped and will not be processed until you receive the confirmation notice.

If for any reason, you are not present at your house to collect the order, then you could also assign someone to receive your product by notifying us. So that we can send your product to them and they can sign and receive the product for you.
SHIPPING FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OR REGIONS:
Zenbin Mart ships products from 525 Lin Wal Rd, Lexington, KY 40505. Other than that, if you find something irregular with our product, or you are not completely satisfied with it, you can claim for it as well, but after going through our Return And Exchange Policy.

One of our policies also implies that if the buyer fails to receive the product or you are unable to track your product as per schedule, then you don’t need to worry because we will restore your credits to your credit card, or we will send a replacement shipment
